  • Evolution of the Popular Marine Radio
    The IC-M25EURO EVO is an upgraded model of the extremely popular IC-M25EURO floating VHF marine handheld transceiver. The IC-M25EURO EVO is designed with an improved grip texture for easier handling, and larger buttons for easier operation. Moreover, it has adopted a new power-saving Eco Mode which will allow approximately about 14 hours of operation, which is about a 30% improvement. Furthermore, a USB Type-C™ charging port is standard. The IC-M25EURO EVO still retains its compact and lightweight body, and industry leading Float’n Flash™ and submersible design.

  • Float’n Flash™
    If the IC-M25EURO EVO is accidentally dropped into water, it floats, flashes, and emits an alarm, reducing the risk of loss during water activities. Icom has led the marine handheld radio industry with this technology since the introduction of the IC-M33 in 2006.

    The IC-M25EURO EVO offers up to 14 hours* of extended operation with its power-saving Eco Mode. By reducing transmit power to 2.5 W, the operating time increases by approximately 30% compared to the standard 5 W output. This long battery life makes it ideal for your adventures.


  • Two Colour Selections

    The IC-M25EURO EVO has two colour options: Black or Marine Blue. You can choose one to match your style and adapt to different operating conditions. Whether you prefer the versatility of Black or the high visibility of Marine Blue, these choices ensure both functionality and style on the water.



  • USB Type-C™ Charging Port

    Adopting a USB Type-C™ port, which is commonly used worldwide, it charges the battery pack in approximately three hours. Additionally, charging with portable batteries* (user supplied), provides added convenience and mobility.

    The AquaQuake™ draining function prevents audio degradation from a water-logged speaker. This function removes water from the speaker grill by vibrating the speaker cone. Even if you get splashed by rain or waves, you can quickly restore the clear audio with AquaQuake™.

    The built-in bidirectional active noise cancelling reduces background noise to up to 90% and improves both your transmitted voice and incoming call. You will hear better and clearer!


  • Bass Boost Function*

    The signal processing technology emphasizes low-pitched sound to provide a rich bass sound for both transmit and receive signals. *For “Plus” version only.


  • 700 mW Loud Audio

    The IC-M73EURO uses a BTL (bridge-tied load) amplifier that doubles the audio output. Its internal speaker delivers a loud 700mW audio output with clear sound.

    The IC-M73EURO’s 6 Watts of transmit power will provide extended communication range for the user. A large capacity Lithium-Ion battery, BP-245H allows for 16 hours of operation, under normal conditions*. * Typical operation with 5:5:90 duty ratio. 18 hours for basic version.


  • IPX8 Submersible Plus™ Waterproofing

    The IC-M73EURO continues to offer Icom’s best waterproof protection. The radio has been tested to survive after being submersed in 1.5 m (4.9 ft) depth of water for 30 minutes.

    AIS receiver and DSC (Class-H) function add further assurance for safety at sea. With the integrated AIS receiver, vessel traffic information is shown on the display. The AIS target call function allows you to easily set up a DSC individual call. Distress calls can be made with the rear panel button.

  • The IC-M85E is our hybrid model in the model range. In addition to the existing marine radio channels, the device can also be programmed by the specialist dealer with the company radio channels assigned to your company or your organization.

  • Compact and Lightweight

    The IC-M85E is a very compact (W×H×D: 56 × 92 × 29 mm) and lightweight (weight: 246 g (with BP-294, FA-SC58V and MBB-3)) commercial grade marine and land mobile hybrid radio.


  • Covering 136–174 MHz PMR Frequency

    In addition to VHF marine channels, the IC-M85E covers 136–174 MHz PMR channels. Up to 100 programmable channels are available for PMR use. Each channel is programmable with CTCSS and DTCS tone.


  • 700 mW Powerful Audio

    Despite its compact body, the IC-M85E delivers 700 mW of loud audio. Clear communications is vital in noisy environments.


  • Automated Emergency Alarm

    The IC-M85E has three emergency related functions: the MOB Alarm, Man Down and Lone Worker functions. If one of these functions are activated, the radio automatically makes an emergency alarm.


  • Instant Operation with Multi-Function Button

    Channel group changing (marine ⇔ PMR) or the scrambler function ON/OFF can be assigned in the multi-function button on the top panel*. The Key lock function can be activated by holding the button.


  • IP67 and MIL-STD Rugged Construction

    The IC-M85E is built durable to endure 1 m submersion for 30 minutes and dust-tight protection. The radio also passes MIL-STD-810 specifications.
