From ticket to entry: fully automatic
From the moment of online purchase to the opening of the turnstile, the process is fully automated, with no human intervention and no room for error.
The user buys the ticket online
The visitor buys their admission ticket on the event website or through one of the official ticketing networks (TicketOne, Vivaticket, Ticketmaster, etc.). Payment is completely secure.
They receive the QR Code or barcode
Once the purchase is complete, the system generates a unique code — QR Code or 1D/2D barcode — and sends it to the visitor by email or through the ticketing network's app. The ticket is ready: on a smartphone or printed on paper.
The visitor arrives at the event entrance
No queues at the box office, no physical collection. The visitor goes straight to the access turnstiles with their digital ticket already displayed on their smartphone screen or in hand.
They hold the ticket up to the reader on the turnstile
The reader integrated into the turnstile — compatible with QR Code, 1D and 2D barcodes — captures the code in less than a second. It works perfectly even from low-brightness screens or with codes printed on paper.
The system checks the code in real time
In milliseconds the software queries the centralised database: it checks that the ticket exists, that it is valid for the current date and time slot and that it has not already been used. The response arrives in real time, even with thousands of simultaneous entries.
Valid ticket: the turnstile opens automatically
If the check is successful, the turnstile unlocks immediately and the visitor can pass through the gate. The entry is recorded in the system with a precise timestamp. The ticket is marked as "used" and cannot be reused.
Invalid or already used ticket: the turnstile stays locked
If the ticket has already been used, has expired, is for another date or is counterfeit, the turnstile does not open. The reader reports the anomaly with visual and audible feedback. Security staff can step in promptly.
