Wireless queue management system
An advanced queue management system, which can also be configured entirely in wireless mode, designed to manage multiple services and counters, including in multiple languages, with information and multimedia content displayed in the waiting area.
Gem Gate can be completely wireless and does not necessarily require expensive cabling. It can manage various services and counters, including in multiple languages, adapting to facilities with complex reception needs.
It also integrates a video communication system for displaying promotions, advertising, news, weather, horoscopes, videos and informative or entertainment content in the waiting area: Gem Gate thus becomes a genuine user flow management and communication system for the waiting area, not just a simple queue management device.
