Identification technologies

In addition to payment, the system can integrate different identification and control technologies, chosen according to the required security level and the type of users. The main ones include:

RFID badges

Contactless recognition at a distance, ideal for subscribers and regular users (employees, members, card holders).

NFC

Reading from smartphones or smartwatches, for quick access without having to carry physical cards.

QR Code

Generated by the software or by booking/ticketing apps, valid for single or timed access.

Barcode

Compatible with tickets and cards already in use, useful for integrating with existing ticketing systems.

Magnetic cards

An economical and widespread solution, suitable for facilities that already have magnetic stripe cards.

Dedicated tags

Physical devices (key fobs, wristbands) designed for settings such as swimming pools, gyms and beach resorts.

Biometric readers

Reserved for high-security areas (e.g. restricted company areas) where a higher level of control is required.

Different technologies can coexist in the same installation — for example RFID badges for subscribers and QR Codes for occasional access — offering maximum flexibility in access management without having to choose a single technology for all users.
