GEM Presenze
A complete web-based solution for time and attendance recording and management in public and private organisations. A single server installation, accessible from any browser and device — PC, tablet, smartphone — with no client to install.
It handles fixed, elastic and flexible schedules and shift workers, integrating overtime calculation, hour banks, absence justifications, anomalies and data transfer to the most common payroll procedures.

GEM Mobile
GEM Mobile is the dynamic data acquisition system that lets you collect and transmit information from field devices in real time. Operators in the field send the data they collect directly to the company server or to the cloud, making it immediately available to managers.
Acquisition templates (fields, sequence, mandatory status) are fully configurable remotely, without recalling the devices to the office. It supports GPS tracking of people, vehicles and equipment.

GEM Patrol – Real-time inspection rounds
GEM Patrol lets you monitor the inspection rounds carried out by security staff in real time. Guards use an Android smartphone to read NFC TAGs or QR codes at checkpoints: each reading is immediately available on Gem Cloud Patrol.
Patrol reports are generated automatically and can be sent directly to the end customer, or consulted on the move via the cloud.

Reading of NFC TAGs or QR codes at each checkpoint. Recording of custom reason codes for each point.
Guard attendance recording
Declaration of round start/end with automatic calculation of hours on duty.
SOS function
Immediate sending of an emergency notification to a list of predefined contacts with a single tap.
