An integrated system
Every project starts from a different need: allowing access to a public restroom, managing a pay shower, automating entry to a restricted area or enabling a service through electronic payment.
Daicon solutions do not stop at collecting payment: each transaction can automatically activate the requested service, authorising access and recording all operations through the management software.
The system can also be integrated with electronic cash registers for managing receipt data and with existing access control platforms.
Contactless POS
POS terminals allow fast, secure electronic payments, with no cash handling by the operator and with takings tracked automatically. They are the preferred choice in high-traffic contexts and for users accustomed to digital payments. The terminals can communicate via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or data SIM, depending on the connectivity available at the installation site, and support:

Electronic coin acceptors
Coin acceptors are a reliable solution for all those contexts where you want to use coins, tokens or dedicated chips. Unlike POS terminals, they do not require connectivity to complete the transaction: payment takes place physically inside the device, which independently checks the validity of the coin or token inserted.
Once payment has been verified, the system automatically enables the intended service or authorises access. The count of takings is still available in real time in the management software, so that emptying can be scheduled only when actually needed.
They are particularly suitable for installations where you want to keep a simple, immediate payment method, without depending on a data connection — for example in outdoor or seasonal areas or where network coverage is not always reliable — and for users who do not have or do not want to use cards and smartphones.
QR Code payment
The QR Code allows instant payment by scanning the code, with no need to install a POS terminal at every station.
The code can be generated by the management software, sent via app or email and read directly by the payment terminal or by the reader installed at the gate: a fast, secure, contactless process that can sit alongside POS terminals and coin acceptors in the same installation.

From payment to access
Payment is not an end in itself: once the transaction is confirmed, the system translates it into an authorisation and an action on the connected device. Once the transaction is complete, the system can:

The system also communicates with electronic cash registers, QR Code, barcode, RFID and NFC readers, third-party management software via REST API, ticketing and booking systems and devices from other manufacturers: a complete ecosystem, not just separate hardware components.
Electronic fiscal receipts
An automatic payment installation collects money without an operator present: every transaction must still generate correct, traceable fiscal data, as would happen with a receipt issued at the till.
The system can be integrated with electronic cash registers for the automatic sending of receipt data, keeping the operator's manual operations to a minimum. For this aspect Daicon develops its own software, dedicated to capturing transactions and managing electronic fiscal receipts.
