A complete range of terminals for every automation, data acquisition and access control need.
Daicon has designed a range of terminals for automatic, real-time data acquisition. The DR16x PLC series can acquire a wide variety of analogue and digital signals or signals via fieldbus. The DR100x series in 10- and 15-inch versions — also in a full IP67 stainless steel version — is an ideal tool for data entry from fixed stations, including outdoors or in critical areas.
For time and attendance and access control, the DP04 range offers multi-standard badge readers with advanced connectivity and native integration with the Daicon GEM M² software.
The DR100-10 Full IP67 PCAP operator terminal, designed by Daicon entirely in stainless steel, is particularly suitable for industrial environments or areas that are critical in terms of environment or safety. The 10.4-inch high-brightness PCAP touch screen can also be used while wearing gloves.
It supports Windows 10 or Linux operating systems, handles up to 32 GB of RAM and is fitted with a high-performance 64 GB SSD. A 125 KHz, Mifare 13.56 MHz or Desfire card reader is built into the front panel. The connectors on the underside are fully waterproof: 1 RJ45, 2 USB, 1 DC12V. It can be connected to printers, gauges, barcode readers, encoders and other instruments.
Also available in a 15-inch version.
Touch-screen operator terminal for industrial, retail and logistics applications with Windows 10/7/8/CE and Linux operating systems. It integrates an HF Q5 125 MHz, Mifare 1K/4K and Desfire badge reader with reading of encrypted card sectors.
The aluminium mechanical structure guarantees ruggedness and lightness, with IP54 protection. Panel mounting with VESA support, DC12V / AC100–240V power supply.
The DR16P CPU module is the central unit of the Daicon family of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Equipped with a powerful 300 MHz Cortex M7 processor with 2 MB of Flash memory, it overcomes limits on user program size and execution speed.
Thanks to non-volatile FRAM (ferroelectric RAM) memories, the battery has been eliminated, minimising maintenance and environmental impact. FRAM technology guarantees virtually unlimited write cycles and very low power consumption, even during writing.
It supports the Modbus RTU and ASCII protocol for connection to operator terminals and SCADA software. RS485 versions with high-impedance Failsafe drivers allow up to 128 devices to be connected on the same network. A wide range of libraries and function blocks (FBs) is available.
The DP04 range includes terminals with proximity, magnetic stripe, biometric and BLE badge readers, designed to integrate with the main time and attendance and access control systems. The terminals can be connected to a master clock or control department clocks, and are fitted with relays for unlocking gates or doors.
With the Daicon GEM M² software, employees' clock-ins can be sent to any external time and attendance system.
Proximity 125 KHz, Mifare 13.56 MHz, Desfire, magnetic stripe, biometric and BLE
Synchronisation with department clocks for accurate clock-ins and shift management
Built-in relay for door or gate unlocking, compatible with turnstiles and access control systems
Native integration with Daicon GEM M² for exporting attendance data to any HR management system
The DM13 is a compact display terminal for showing operating information on machines or at fixed stations. Designed to integrate with Daicon's DR series controllers, it provides a clear, immediate display interface for operators in industrial environments.
Its robust structure and accessible front design make it suitable for panel installation in electrical cabinets, workstations and production environments. Compatible with the communication protocols of Daicon's DR family.
Daicon offers and integrates HID controllers and readers for professional access control. The HID Vertx range offers scalable solutions for managing gates, doors and restricted areas in corporate, industrial and institutional environments.
HID terminals integrate with the Daicon Gate Plus software, offering a complete ecosystem: from badge management to access reporting, from remote gate control to the management of emergencies and assembly points.
Centralised badges and access across several sites and gates, with real-time synchronisation
Compatible with the Daicon Gate Plus software for complete, integrated access control
From a single door to installations spread over hundreds of gates in several buildings
The Daicon terminal range is used in a wide variety of industrial and commercial contexts, from Industry 4.0 to large-scale retail, from logistics to healthcare.
