The web-based platform to manage people, visitors, pedestrian and vehicle gates, multiple sites and security systems from a single solution.
Gate Plus is a web-based software platform for access control and supervision. It manages transits and access attempts by employees, visitors and collaborators in real time, automatically applying authorisations, time slots, permitted areas and security rules.
Thanks to its modular, scalable architecture, Gate Plus can integrate with badge readers, biometric systems, number plate recognition, controllers, video surveillance, intrusion detection and fire protection.
Gate Plus solves a specific problem: knowing at all times who can enter, where and when, and easily retrieving what happened at each gate.
Manage authorisations, areas, time slots and credentials for each person.
Pre-registration, reception, badge production and visit history.
Turnstiles, doors, gates and barriers controlled from a single platform.
See everything on interactive maps, in real time.
Check who is present during an evacuation and inform those in charge.
Events, transits, reports and history always available and exportable.
People, visitors, gates, vehicles, alarms and data converge in a single platform: every event is linked to a person, a gate and a precise moment.
A single platform for every identification technology.
The access request can be matched to the user's record using one or more technologies combined, to achieve maximum performance and integration with the various corporate control systems.
Gate Plus can combine different authentication methods according to the security level and operational needs of each area.
Access policies are defined with reference to user groups, zones (areas, sites), time bands (daily, hourly, public holidays), emergencies and temporary needs. Each user is assigned a logic based on identity, authentication device, physical zones and authorised time bands.
Prevents the same badge being used for multiple entries without a recorded exit.
Define when each user or group can enter, day by day.
Each zone can have independent access rules, with separate logs per area.
Credentials with automatic expiry for suppliers, visitors or short-term access.
Instant locking and unlocking of all gates in the event of an evacuation or alarm.
Complete traceability of events and operations, with permanent logs and report export.
Gate Plus can associate the unlocking or locking of a gate with a series of automatic actions that are triggered instantly.

A module integrated with Gate Plus to fully digitise the visitor accreditation process: from accreditation at reception to self check-in, with visit history and badge production.
The visitor receives an accreditation code by email before arriving.
The visitor goes to reception or proceeds independently.
Registration by a reception operator or self check-in with the code received.
The system generates a visitor badge linked to the profile and the authorisations granted.
The badge allows passage only in the scheduled areas and time slots.
The visit is closed and remains available in the visit history.
Centrally manage multi-site and multi-plant organisations: configuration, monitoring and reporting from a single platform.
You do not necessarily have to start from scratch. Gate Plus is designed to integrate with existing hardware and systems, making the most of the investments already made.
RemAccess centralises access management for remote sites from a single control room, reducing the need for physical guarding, with recognition and identification of the staff requesting access.
It integrates number plate recognition, barriers and perimeter protection systems to authorise, record and monitor transits.
Ideal for businesses, industrial plants, logistics areas, car parks and high-security sites.
Using badges and terminals, Gate Plus checks attendance in real time and supports evacuation management, with the option of integration with fire alarm panels and alarm systems.
The evacuation procedure is activated for the building or area concerned.
The system checks in real time, via badges and terminals, who is present on the premises.
People reach the assembly points set out in the emergency plan.
The system confirms the presence of each person at the assembly point.
The safety manager is immediately informed of the attendance status.
Smart kiosks for access to restricted areas with credential verification (card, Italian electronic ID card, tax code, QR code, barcode). Customisable dashboard and reporting in various formats (XML, Excel, Database, JSON), which can be integrated with existing management systems.
Automatic check of the document's authenticity, format and validity period, without storing data locally in the reader. The result is shown by a visual indicator, with certificates compliant with current regulations.
Gate Plus is designed to communicate natively with the main corporate and security systems, creating a coherent ecosystem in which all data converges in a single centralised platform.
Gem Presenze optimises time and attendance, from clocking in to sending the data to the payroll consultant.
Gate Plus, integrated with cameras, authorises or denies access remotely, with event recording.
Interactive synoptic map of the controlled area, centralised alarm management with automatic notification.

Gate Plus adapts to very different contexts: from a single corporate site to industrial sites, from events to construction sites.
On construction sites Gate Plus is the heart of the access control system: it manages workers from the various companies, assigns credentials and authorisations by area and time slot, controls turnstiles and vehicle gates and records every transit. Temporary credentials with automatic expiry are useful for suppliers, visitors and companies that work only in certain phases.
Integrated with the Supplier Portal for supplier and contractor documentation, Gate Plus can use the companies' documentation compliance status to disable access for unauthorised people. Turnstiles, readers and software are supplied, installed and supported by Daicon, with turnstiles also available for rent for temporary sites.
Italian construction site regulations focus on identifying the people present. Access control software does not replace companies' obligations, but it is the tool that allows them to be applied in an orderly way at the gates.
Identification: in contracted and subcontracted work, every worker must carry an identification card with photograph, personal details and employer, and must display it (Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, arts. 18, 20 and 26).
Badge with anti-counterfeiting code: Decree-Law 159/2025, converted by Law 198/2025, requires it for public and private building sites, also in digital format via tools interoperable with the SIISL platform. As of September 2026 the ministerial decree defining its methods and technologies does not appear to have been published: the current identification card remains applicable (INL circular no. 1/2026).
Post-2016 earthquake reconstruction: on sites in Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche and Umbria the badge has been mandatory since 13 May 2026 for works worth €500,000 or more (Decree of the Extraordinary Commissioner no. 332/2026).
Gate Plus identifies people by badge or card, QR Code or biometrics, applies authorisations by area and time slot, records every transit and makes the data exportable. Any use of the national construction site badge credentials can be evaluated once the implementing decree has defined its technical specifications.
